Why does my supplement code not work?

If you received an instruction email to fill out a supplement for an applicant, and the code does not work, it is very likely that the applicant has deleted the request sent to you. Please check with the applicant to ensure that this is the case.

Also, please make sure that the error is not because of a typo, so, instead of typing it, please copy and paste it into the “Supplement Code” field.
