Program Eligibility

• My parent’s employment makes me eligible for this scholarship. Whose contact information should I include?

  You – the applicant – must register for an account with ISTS using a personal email address. Do not use your parent’s work email address. Your My Profile page should reflect your legal name and contact information. If your parent’sinformation is needed, it will be specifically asked for on the application.

• How do I know if I am eligible for a specific program?

  The quickest way to check your eligibility for a program is to start the application. The first two pages of the application will show you the eligibility criteria, timeline, and frequently asked questions.

  Some applications will even give you a questionnaire when you open the application to check your eligibility. If you fill out the questionnaire and are eligible, you will proceed to the application. If your answers indicate you are not eligible, try again, carefully making sure all your answers were as correct as possible. If you still cannot access the application, you are unfortunately not eligible to apply for that opportunity.
