ISTS Program Support Representatives are online and available to assist participants during our standard business hours:
Monday – Friday: 7am – 7pm CT
Saturday: 9am – 6pm CT
Holiday Schedule
For calendar year 2024, program support is unavailable in observance of the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Friday after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
