To be considered for scholarship, tuition assistance or other award programs (“Programs”) administered through this Site and to use related Services, you must complete an online application and provide certain information. This may include:

- Phone number
- School and grade level
- Parent/guardian name(s), phone number(s), and email address(es)
- Social security number and tax information (if required)
- Date of birth, gender, personal interests, academic performance, extracurricular activities, or personal essays
Information is collected when you complete and submit the application or if data is saved automatically during the application process. Even if you abandon the application, the information entered may still be collected and subject to this policy.
We use your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) to:
